FALLing For New Arrivals

Happy Friday lovelies! Can you believe it's already August?! School is about to start back and life is gearing up to slip back into a routine. The summer is coming to an end but I must say I am looking forward to the fall. Fall has always been my favorite season for many reasons. I love driving to the parkway to see the stunning foliage, drinking hot cider, going to bonfires, and cozying up in my favorite sweaters. But I have a confession to make: the transition season between summer and fall always stumps me. That period of time from mid-August to late September where the weather isn't exactly cool but it's definitely not summer temps makes it challenging to figure out my wardrobe. If you're anything like me and you can relate, then you're going to love this! Here at Fruit of the Vine Boutique, new arrivals are rolling in weekly and we are in LOVE. This week we released a few new arrivals that will help you seamlessly transition from summer into fall. Let's take a look at these versatile transition pieces!
First is our stunning Green Bubble Sleeve Top. This top is a picture of elegance. The bold kelly green is a perfect hue for transitioning into fall. The cable knit design gives the look of your favorite cozy sweater while still being lightweight enough to ensure all-day comfort. We love the fun and feminine bubble sleeve design. You'll love the luxuriously soft fabric that offers both comfort and style. Pair this top with your favorite denim or and sneakers or flares and booties for a simple yet chic transition season outfit! This top easily goes from casual to fun to formal making it a go-to for any occasion!
A bit more on the dressy side is this stunning Orchid Floral Ruffle Top and matching Orchid Ruffle Midi Skirt. We are obsessed with the plum and deep teal floral print. The color palette is perfect for fall! Not to mention the sparkling threads woven throughout the fabric that add the perfect touch of shimmer to your look. The set can be worn together or as stand-alone pieces. When worn together, this top and skirt combo gives the illusion of being a dress. You can tuck the top into the skirt to give the waist a bit more definition or you can wear it untucked and go for a more relaxed flowy look. Worn as separate pieces, the options are endless! Pair the top with your favorite dark or black denim and even layer with a lightweight cardigan as temperatures cool down. Pair the skirt with a basic white blouse, white tee and jean jacket, or color match the print with a solid color top! Your go-to white sneakers or booties make the perfect base for your transition outfit.
Shifting gears a little, this last new arrival isn't related to clothing, but to spiritual health. As fall is the season to adapt to new routines and norms, it can come with many stressors. Maybe your kids are starting school for the first time. Maybe you're sending your last child off to college. Maybe you're about to start a new job. These transitions can cause worry to well up in our hearts and minds. Dr. Joy Greene is a beloved author with a mission to spread joy through her ministry. We loved her "Joytime: 31 Devotions for Women" book. Last week, she released a new book and we are so privileged to carry it. The book is called "A Prescription for Joy: Overcome Worry with 5 Steps". The book is timely, practical, and encouraging. As Scripture assures us, we have not been given a spirit of fear, but one of power, love and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). God desires that we live our lives free from worry and full of faith. If you are ready to take your life back from worry, then this book is for you!
That's a wrap for this week's new arrivals, but we have tons of new items that will be going out on the floor and live on the site within the next few weeks. Be sure to keep an eye out for these new product launches on our social media pages. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for the latest scoop on all things fall! I hope you have enjoyed this sneak peek of our new fall arrivals. Have a blessed weekend!
Blessings,
Madilyn
